STEVE MEISNER is a multi-talented musician, entertainer, composer & arranger. He began playing the accordion at the age of 5 and has been earning a living in the music business since the age of 16. Steve’s family has a rich musical heritage and is a second-generation full time working musician. His father, the late Verne Meisner, had a successful music career for over 57 years. Steve’s brand of music is extremely versatile and appealing to a wide audience. He has made a name for himself by taking the music he grew up with from his father and adding his own imagination and feeling. He has brought his brand of traditional American polka into the 21st century with a fresh spark & swing while retaining the roots of this music. From a young age, Steve has been on task to promote quality music that can be accepted by all ages. His main goal has been to persuade the general public’s stereotypical view of polka music to bring a new awareness to the masses. “I believe that good music is simply good and I believe people know the difference. They may not always understand what the mechanics of it are, but they feel it. And that is where I’ve always placed my faith in people. They too feel that good music is simply good and it makes them feel good.”
He, and his father’s, original compositions are included on many best selling polka recordings, Grammy nominated recordings, and can be found in the archives of the Library of Congress, the Kennedy Center, the Smithsonian Institute, and Wisconsin state libraries in both textbook and music categories.

All That Jazz Big Band started in 1985 as a rehearsal band in a Middleton basement. With every dance or concert, ATJ proves what its members have learned in rehearsal – there is no better way to experience the Big Band sound than a live performance!
ATJ is a regular feature at the Madison Art Fair on the Square and Tunes at the Monona Terrace, has opened shows for Rockapella and Tom Wopat, and recently gained national exposure on the CBS Early Show. The band has also begun an outreach program for the “next generation” of Jazz musicians, and has performed with and for students in Evansville, McFarland, Mt. Horeb, Spring Green, Verona, and Waunakee, WI.
In 1976 Paul graduated from Concordia College, River Forest, Illinois and was hired as a Director of Bands for Luther North High School in Chicago. In 1980 he and Ruth moved to the Madison, Wisconsin area to start his fund raising business.
Paul has performed with various brass ensembles, orchestras, and bands in the Madison area. He is a featured soloist and ensemble member on two All That Jazz Big Band CDs, and with his wife and brothers, recorded two instrumental Christmas CDs. He served as the Trumpet Section Leader for the Wisconsin Ambassadors of Music 2000, 2004, and 2006 European Tours. Paul is currently the Director for All That Jazz Big Band, the Mount Horeb Community Band, and Verona Area High School Jazz 1 and Jazz Too Instrumental Ensembles.

Rollin’ Whiskey is not your usual country band. They will shake the foundations with pure energy and the excitement of modern Country/Rock. Add some tender and heartfelt country ballads, some well known country/rock covers and you have the outfit for all occasions.
Rollin’ Whiskey is an independent Country band from Northern Illinois with many years of experience in the music industry.
The band has developed a great sound with two dynamic lead singers, punchy guitar tones supporting their multi-harmony vocal delivery, and a tight groove generated from the engine room. With five singers in the band, Rollin’ Whiskey has the smoothest harmonies around.
Their shows include a good mix of modern country/rock covers designed to keep the audience on the dance floor.
In their live shows they include covers from artists including: Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson, Zac Brown Band, Sugarland, Florida Georgia Line, Pat Benetar, Darius Rucker, Maren Morris, Blake Shelton, Chris Young, and many more.
Rollin’ Whiskey has played shows from the largest festivals to backyard parties. You may have seen them at Country Thunder, ByronFest, Old Settler’s Days, Lincoln Highway Heritage Fest, Roscoe Fall Festival and have shared the stage with the likes of Josh Thompson, Lady Antebellum, Luke Bryan, Billy Currington, Frankie Ballard and Jerrod Nieman.

THE NEVERLY BROTHERS: “A Rock ‘n’ Roll Tribute – From Elvis to the Beatles!”
November 9, 2019 Inside the Delavan Township Park Community Building
Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door.
The Neverly Brothers concerts are a tribute to one of the most exciting chapters in music history: the birth, near death and resurrection of rock n’ roll. Their one-of-a-kind high energy stage performances take you on a musical guided tour of rock history – from 1955 to 1965.
The first half of their concert pays tribute to the music created by the 1950s American Rock n’ Roll pioneers – which by 1960 had become a distant memory but became the inspiration for the next wave of young rock bands from Britain. The second half then pays tribute to the 1964 British Invasion bands that re-recorded the forgotten 1950s American rock music – along with lesser known early 1960s rhythm & blues songs, recorded their own original songs and pulled Rock n’ Roll from the edge of extinction by re-inventing and re-energizing it for a new generation.
You’ll learn rock history and be thoroughly entertained with their chronological song sequence, stories behind the music and vintage wardrobe changes. Their repertoire consists of show-stopping renditions of early hits by Jerry Lee Lewis (Great balls of fire), Chuck Berry (Johnny B. Goode), Eddie Cochran (Summertime blues), Buddy Holly (That’ll be the day), The Beatles (Twist & shout), The Rolling Stones (Satisfaction), The Kinks (You really got me), The Dave Clark Five (Glad all over) and more!
It‘s not “moldy oldies”- it’s “old-school cool!” So hop aboard our virtual tour bus and fasten your seatbelts for an exciting MAGICAL HISTORY TOUR!
